Adrian Langford, Managing Director, established his career in asset finance with the Bank of Scotland Group which he joined in 1984 where he specialised in structuring and arranging asset finance facilities for UK businesses. He has a vast experience of financing a wide range of asset types across many industry sectors both directly and through the creation and management of vendor programmes. He has focussed on the materials handling sector since 1999. Prior to Rivermore he was a senior manager with BNP Paribas Lease Group.

Nigel Pratt, Director, is an asset finance specialist and has worked with world-class financial organisations for over 20 years. He joined Rivermore in May 2004 prior to which he was an account manager with Albury Asset Rentals responsible for key account development and providing finance solutions to companies of all sizes throughout the UK via manufacturer and distributor channels. He previously enjoyed a 9 year term with NatWest Bank Group.

Martina Seaton, Office Manager, joined Rivermore in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the office management function gained from a number of senior level positions.
